This out-of-the-box integration connects your Sky-Shop e-commerce platform with Daktela, automatically synchronising your customers and companies.
The moment a customer calls, your agents have their complete contact profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time. The sync is one-way (Sky-Shop → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes, keeping your address book always up to date.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. The integration uses your standard Sky-Shop administrator login credentials for authentication.
Configuration is completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your Sky-Shop store's URL, your username, and password to establish the connection.
