This out-of-the-box integration connects your Sky-Shop e-commerce platform with Daktela, synchronising your customer data into your Daktela CRM.
The moment a customer calls, your agents have their contact profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time. You choose which Sky-Shop fields map to which fields in Daktela, keeping your address book up to date.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. Rather than a username and password, the integration authenticates with a Web API key, which you generate in your Sky-Shop admin panel under Configuration > Store Settings > Store Web API.
Configuration is completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your Sky-Shop store's Instance URI and paste the Web API key into the Client secret field, then click Authorise and map your fields.
