Notino Presents: How Ensuring Highlighted Customer Experience Contributes to Achieving a Dominant Market Position

At the 20th E-Commerce Conference in Esztergom, the now indispensable omnichannel solutions and related topics were given a dedicated section. Organized with the collaboration of Oander Development Ltd. and Daktela Hungary, the program block aimed to provide participants with insight into the omnichannel solutions of large enterprises in the industry and to familiarize them with the complexity, challenges, and implementation possibilities of unified commerce through practical examples.

During the presentations, participants were able to gain insight into the practical applications of omnichannel strategies and understand how to effectively integrate various sales channels.

In the omnichannel section, proven experts in online commerce from both domestic and international sectors shared their experiences with the participants. The invited speakers represented major companies such as Notino, Euronics, iSTYLE, IKEA, Városliget Zrt., Nestlé, and JátékNet. Through the presentations and discussions, participants learned about these companies' customized solutions and best practices related to omnichannel strategy.
