New Offices in Prague:

At the beginning of the year, our headquarters moved to new offices in the heart of Prague. This fantastic setting offers additional space for teamwork and collaboration, as well as welcoming visits and events with our global teammates and customers.

ISO 9001 and 27001 Certification:

Daktela achieved the prestigious ISO 9001 and 27001 certification from Alcumus ISOQAR with UKAS accreditation. This certification attests to our commitment to high-quality processes and information security. ISO 9001 reflects our dedication to quality management, while ISO 27001 confirms our stringent measures to protect sensitive data.

18 Years in the Market:

Celebrating our 18th anniversary, we took pride in our longevity, stability and commitment to providing the best technology.

1000+ Business Customers:

Surpassing the 1000-business customer mark, this milestone is more than just a number, it’s a testament to our success, emphasising our dedication to customer service.

Growing Product Portfolio:

We expanded our portfolio with AI-driven products, enhancing communication processes. Daktela AI Agent offers intelligent chatbots, voicebots, mailbots, and RBM bots. Daktela Workforce Management aids call centre and shift operations management. New functions include the Daktela Intelligence analytical tool based on BigQuery integration and Automated Machine Detection (AMD) for active call centre campaigns.

Market Growth in Hungary and Romania:

Experiencing significant growth in Hungary and Romania, our innovative solutions align perfectly with local customer needs.

Daktela Adria Expansion:

We opened a new division, Daktela Adria, to serve customers in Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Macedonia, and Montenegro. Our success in Serbia has led to rapid expansion, and we plan to replicate this success in other regional markets.

Partnerships:

Continued partnership with NFON yielded great results, particularly in Western and Southern European countries such as Germany, Austria, Great Britain, and Italy. In the UK we also joined forces to offer a new omnichannel contact centre solution with Pragma, through ‘Contact for iPECS cloud’

Our consistently high rating on the G2 platform earned us the High Performer designation for three consecutive quarters. This global recognition reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction across all markets.
