The moment a customer calls or writes in, your agents see their complete profile — name, contact details and recent orders from Baselinker — right next to the conversation. No manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time.
The integration requires server-side configuration and must be performed by Daktela — please contact your Daktela representative to request it. To get started, generate a read-only API token in Baselinker (My account → API → Add API Token, Scope API = Read) and send it to your Daktela representative.
