The Business Intelligence Package lets you build custom reports and interactive dashboards in Google Looker Studio using your Daktela contact centre data. Rather than connecting reporting tools directly to your live Daktela instance, Daktela syncs your contact centre data into a dedicated Google BigQuery dataset, and you connect Looker Studio (or another BI tool of your choice) to that dataset to design your own reports. This keeps report queries off your live instance and avoids any performance impact.
