Options for client to get Business Intelligence & BI by Daktela - process

Daktela offers several delivery models for clients who want to work with their data in Google Looker Studio, powered by BigQuery. This approach provides a flexible and scalable data solution, fully managed by Daktela or partially delegated to the client.

Integration Options

1. Daktela-managed Looker Studio reports (no BQ access) Daktela builds and maintains reports based on client requirements. Fastest delivery, minimal involvement from the client.
2. Client-managed Looker Studio reports (no BQ access) Daktela provides data access via Looker Studio; the client builds and manages the reports. Suitable for teams with BI experience.
3. Client-managed reports with BQ access Daktela provides direct access to BigQuery (in Daktela's project). Clients can create and manage reports or integrate third-party BI tools. BQ usage is monitored and billed by Daktela.
4. Client-owned BigQuery project Daktela syncs data into the client's own BQ environment. The client manages everything – access, reporting, and billing (billed directly by Google). Requires proven technical experience.
5. Every BQ-based integration includes a one-time setup fee and monthly maintenance.
6. Looker Studio is Daktela's preferred BI tool due to cost-efficiency, BQ integration, and internal expertise.
7. Direct DB access is never provided – all integrations rely on BQ or the Daktela API.
8. Cost:
   • Setup: 1 MD one-off
   • Monthly sync fee: see Configurator - 4.06 BI Package (subject to data quantity)
   • Reports made by Daktela: 1-10+ MDs depending on complexity
