This out-of-the-box integration automatically pulls Contacts and Accounts from your Helios Green ERP system into Daktela.
The sync is one-way (Helios Green → Daktela), providing your agents with the latest customer data directly in the Daktela interface. This enables more informed and efficient conversations without needing to switch between systems.
Setup is completed directly in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations — click Configure under Helios Green. You will need to provide the ServiceGate URL (InstanceURI) for your Helios Green instance (e.g. https://open.helios.eu/DemoA1/servicegate.asmx), along with a dedicated Username and Password.
You'll then select the target CRM database and record type, and set the Contacts and Accounts Folder Id / Template Number. Field mappings (name, title, account, and update-tracking columns) can be left empty to use sensible defaults, keeping configuration simple.
