This out-of-the-box integration connects your Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to Daktela, pulling your CRM records into Daktela so agents can see up-to-date customer information directly within the Daktela interface.
The sync is one-way (Dynamics 365 > Daktela), keeping your Daktela CRM database aligned with Dynamics 365 without manual data entry, leading to more informed and efficient agent interactions.
Key Features:
In the Azure Portal, register a new application under Azure Active Directory > App registrations, copy the Application (client) ID, then generate a Client Secret under Certificates & secrets.
In Dynamics 365, go to Settings > Security > Users, switch to Application Users, create an application user with the Application ID, and assign it the appropriate roles.
In Daktela, go to Manage > Integrations, open Dynamics 365 and click Configure. Enter your Instance URI, Application ID and Application Secret, click Authorise, then map your CRM fields and click Activate.
