In PrestaShop, enable the webservice in your admin panel and generate an access key, following PrestaShop's own documentation.
Configuration is then completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your shop's URL into the Instance URI field, the access key into the Key field, and the folder name from your admin URL into the Admin folder field (in the format admin*). Select the target CRM database, click Authorise, then map the relevant CRM fields and activate.
