This out-of-the-box integration connects your Shoper e-commerce platform with Daktela, automatically synchronising your customer records.
The moment a customer calls, your agents have their contact profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time. The integration keeps your Daktela address book up to date using your Shoper account's access to your customer data.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. In Shoper, create a dedicated admin group with Web API access enabled and read permissions for Customers and Configuration, then add a new admin user to that group.
Configuration is completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you select your target CRM database and enter your Shoper store's URL as the Instance URI, your admin login as the Client ID, and your admin password as the Client secret. Click Authorise, then map your Shoper fields to the corresponding Daktela CRM fields and click Activate.
