This out-of-the-box integration connects your Shoper e-commerce platform with Daktela, automatically synchronising your customers and companies.
The moment a customer calls, your agents have their complete contact profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time. The sync is one-way (Shoper → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes, keeping your address book always up to date.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. The integration uses your standard Shoper administrator login credentials for authentication.
Configuration is completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your Shoper store's URL, your username, and password to establish the connection.
