This out-of-the-box integration automatically pulls Contacts and Companies from your SugarCRM instance into Daktela.
The moment a customer calls, your agents have their complete contact profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time. The sync is one-way (SugarCRM → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes, ensuring your address book always reflects the latest data from your CRM.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. The integration uses a standard SugarCRM user's login credentials for authentication.
Configuration is completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your SugarCRM instance URL, along with the username and password, to establish the connection and map the required fields.
