This integration connects your SugarCRM instance with Daktela, letting you sync SugarCRM records into a Daktela CRM database using fully customizable field mapping.

Key Features:

Setup Overview

In SugarCRM, go to Profile > Admin > Developer Tools and add Daktela as a new API platform.

In Daktela, go to Manage > Integrations, click Configure under SugarCRM, and select the CRM Database you want to synchronise data into. Fill in the Instance URI, the Username and Password of the sync account, and set Client ID to "sugar" (plus a Client Secret if one is configured), then click Authorise. Finally, map each Daktela CRM field to its matching SugarCRM field and click Activate.
