Every 30 minutes, Daktela checks your HubSpot account for new or updated records. This ensures that your Daktela address book is always fresh and reflects the latest changes made by your sales team in the CRM.

We have designed this integration to be "plug-and-play." You don't need IT specialists or developers to set it up.

1. Get your HubSpot API Key:

Log in to your HubSpot account as a super admin. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → API key. If you haven't used the API before, simply click "Generate API key" and copy it to your clipboard.

2. Configure in Daktela:

Head over to the Daktela interface (Manage → Integrations) and select HubSpot.

  • Paste your API Key.
  • Enter your HubSpot URL.
  • Click Authorise.

3. Map your fields:

To ensure the data lands in the right place, you will see a simple list where you map HubSpot fields to Daktela fields (e.g., matching the HubSpot "Mobile Phone Number" to the Daktela "Phone" field).

Once you click Activate, the system will begin its first synchronization.
