The eDispečink integration connects your taxi dispatch system with Daktela. It enables seamless order management, real-time vehicle tracking, driver communication, and customer notifications – all in one platform.
The integration requires creating a dedicated API user in Daktela with an assigned token and user login. You'll also need to configure a custom Asterisk context named ESOL-CRM, which handles API calls to the eDispečink system, checks blacklist and VIP status, and processes calls accordingly.
For full implementation, instance and token details must be exchanged with ESOL, and proper mapping between Daktela users and ESOL users is required.
