Forget about complex programming. This is an "out-of-the-box" integration, and activating it involves two main steps:

1. Preparation in PrestaShop:

In your e-shop administration, you simply need to enable the "Web Service" and generate a unique Access Key. You will grant this key permissions to view customers and orders. That’s all you need to do on the e-shop side.

2. Activation in Daktela:

With the generated key, go to Daktela (section Manage → Integrations) and select PrestaShop. Here you will fill in three details:

  • Instance URI: The web address of your shop (e.g., https://myshop.com).
  • Key: The code you obtained in the previous step.
  • Admin folder: The name of your administration folder (the part of the URL after the first backslash, e.g., in the format admin*********).

Finally, simply map the fields (tell the system that "Phone" in PrestaShop corresponds to the "Phone" field in Daktela) and click Activate.
