A completely new ticket experience
Functionally everything stays the same - but the look and layout of tickets have been redesigned from the ground up, based on extensive research and careful attention to every detail.
Ticket as an activity
Tickets now open as activities in their own tab, just like chats or calls.
Work with multiple tickets in a single browser window and switch between them easily, just like with chats and calls.
Need to step away? Send the ticket to the background and pick up exactly where you left off.
New two-column layout
A brand-new look with two independent columns - activities on the left, form and related tabs on the right.
Both columns scroll independently, so the ticket header and macros footer never leave your view.
If the form needs more space, simply resize the column ratio to fit your workflow.
Fixed ticket header
A persistent header keeps the essentials in reach: ticket name, number, last update, priority and quick actions.
A new indicator shows when someone else is viewing or editing the same ticket - no more silent collisions.
Save the form and close the entire ticket activity right from the header - all your key actions are within easy reach.
Activities & new e-mails
All communication is grouped chronologically into time periods you can expand, collapse or filter by type.
Outgoing e-mails now open right inside the ticket, with templates appearing dynamically in the right panel.
A new ticket history is just a click away, giving you full traceability of every change.
Ticket preview from the list
Open any ticket directly from the grid as a side panel — without leaving your list view.
See all key details at a glance: contact, account, deadline, category, priority and status - right where you are.
Edit the form, send emails, add comments or update the stage — all without fully navigating into the ticket.
Save changes or move the ticket forward using the macro buttons - all from within the preview.
Switch between tickets instantly - click the next one and the panel updates without interruption.

The redesign journey
The 2026.1 ticket redesign builds on the foundations laid in 2025.2 - and it's not the end of the road. Here's where we've been, and where we're heading next.
Calls, chats and e-mails will get the same fresh treatment as tickets - a cleaner layout, better orientation and a more focused way of handling every conversation.
