Same functionalities, better experience
Everything works the same — but better. The first step of Daktela Neo is about refining how things look, flow, and feel — without changing what you already know.
Main menu
The main menu is now located under hamburger menu. You can also open it by pressing M on your keyboard.
You can pin any items from the main menu – they will appear in your quick menu. The quick menu is pre-populated according to your accesses.
The “Manage” section is now on a separate page. Open it using the settings cog or by pressing S. You can pin these items to the quick menu as well.
Breadcrumb navigation
We are bringing you another easy way how to navigate through Daktela.
You can always see exactly where in the app you are.
Hover over any section to open the subsection.
Global search
Click the search input here or press Ctrl + K on Windows / cmd + K on Mac to open the search screen.
You can search for Contacts, Accounts, Tickets and Knowledge base articles. See all the results together or use the tabs to narrow down what you’re looking for.
You can dial a call or send an email or SMS directly from the search screen.
Queues & devices
Queues and devices are located in the top bar.
All the functionalities are the same as you’re used to.
If you rarely work with these, you can unpin them by clicking your avatar.
Right bar
The new right bar contains some new quick actions
The calendar is always at hand here
You can quickly create a new ticket or contact
Copilot AI Features are available here
The shortcuts that used to be under the main menu have been moved here
